Stress Management

If you think stress is an annoying but harmless part of life, think again. Two-thirds of all doctor visits are stress related and half of all premature deaths are a result of stressful lifestyles.
 
Bucyrus Community Hospital's Stress Management Series is designed to help you understand stress and its trigger(s) as well as teach you positive techniques to deal with stress in your everyday life. The seven session series is taught by a Certified Stress Management Instructor through the American Institute of Preventative Medicine.

2. Work Related Stress and Burnout

3. Biofeedback Training and Relaxation Techniques

4. Positive Thinking

5. Effective Communication

6. Time Management

7. Stress Busters: Exercise, Nutrition and Organization
