Statistics
The leading cause of death in the United States is cardiovascular disease. Heart disease accounts for over 500,000 deaths each year in the U.S. In addition, 1,500,000 people will suffer from a heart attack.

Cardiac Rehabilitation can make a difference by helping these survivors make lifestyle changes in order to prevent or decrease future cardiac episodes.

A strong heart helps you to have a long, healthy life
